Privacy Policy
This policy explains the categories of information PDFconver processes and the choices available to users. Last updated August 27, 2026.
Information we process
We may process account identifiers supplied through sign-in, user preferences, subscription status, job metadata, uploaded files required for a requested PDF operation, support communications, and limited technical logs used to protect and operate the service.
We process uploaded files to provide the requested function. Users should not upload information they are not authorized to process. Retention and deletion periods may vary by feature, legal requirement, fraud prevention need, or active support case.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, perform requested document jobs, provide downloads, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, maintain reliability, answer support requests, and comply with law. We do not promise that every workflow is suitable for regulated or highly sensitive material.
Service providers and rights
Infrastructure, authentication, payment, and security providers may process limited information on our behalf. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by PDFconver.
Depending on location, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information. Contact support@pdfconver.net with a privacy request. We may need to verify the request before acting.
Cookies and advertising
Essential storage may be used for authentication, security, language preferences, and service operation. If advertising or optional analytics are introduced, this policy and consent controls will be updated before use where required. PDFconver does not currently represent that AdSense approval has been granted.
