TRUST CENTER

Editorial Policy

PDFconver publishes people-first PDF guidance with clear authorship, primary sources, practical checks, and transparent AI assistance.

Who creates our guides

Guides are published by the PDFconver Editorial Team and reviewed through a quality desk checklist. We identify the publishing organization, article date, topic cluster, word count, and relevant primary references on each in-depth guide.

How content is created

AI-assisted research and drafting may be used to organize coverage and accelerate first drafts. Editors are expected to check factual claims, source quality, privacy and safety language, duplicated passages, internal links, image alternatives, and whether the article gives a reader a complete workflow. AI assistance is disclosed in the guides.

Sources, updates, and corrections

We prefer official standards bodies, government agencies, original product documentation, and recognized accessibility or security authorities. Current-affairs articles must distinguish publication date from event date and link to primary evidence when available.

Every guide displays its actual modified date. Pricing, comparison guides, and core pillar guides receive a documented review at least once each quarter. Reviewers recheck product settings, prices, limitations, links, cited primary sources, and material claims; the visible date changes only when that review or a substantive correction is completed.

Readers can report an error through the contact page. Material corrections should update the article's modified date and, when useful, include a correction note. We do not change dates merely to make old content appear fresh.

Advertising independence

Editorial topic selection and conclusions are not sold to advertisers. Advertising, if introduced, must be visibly distinguishable from navigation, downloads, and editorial recommendations. We do not ask readers to click ads or disguise ads as product controls.
